The Isthmus Acupuncture Center's Green Fertility Enhancement Retreats are designed to powerfully improve reproductive health and encourage healthy pregnancies. We have a team of experienced holistic practitioners trained to meet the needs of various fertility concerns. Together we address individual concerns with a variety of treatment options providing significant results – including acupuncture, nutrition, yoga, massage, energy, and meditation. We invite you and your partner to a relaxing break from your normal routine while learning ways to enhance fertility naturally and improve general health.

The Green Fertility Enhancement Retreat addresses the needs of those experiencing fertility challenges on group, partner, and individual levels, and was designed to meet the needs of those who are looking to treat infertility holistically or have responded poorly to other medicated fertility treatments. Within each session of the fertility retreat, individual needs are identified and treatments are tailored accordingly. The fertility retreat is designed for both partners to bond and support each other during the path to a healthy pregnancy.
The initial fertility retreat takes place over three days and follow-up retreats are offered to provide continued care while you are working on starting or expanding your family. Follow-up fertility retreats may be attended between one and three cycles after a retreat. The follow-up retreat takes place over two days, and consists of individual treatment sessions. Retreats are geared for couples; however, individuals are more than welcome to attend as well.
Services offered during the retreat include both group activities and individual therapies. Individual therapies are determined during a pre-screening consultation based on individual needs and are discussed prior to the retreat. Group Activities
Group activities at the Isthmus Acupuncture Fertility Enhancement Retreat include:
Yoga for Fertility: Taught in partner style to foster bonding when practiced at home
General Nutritional: Taught at local health food store with a tour and tasting
Meditation Classes: General meditation techniques geared toward releasing common fertility challenges and reclaiming reproductive health
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions at our Fertility Enhancement Retreat may include a combination of the following:
For women: Acupuncture, Maya Abdominal Massage, relaxation massage, Chinese herbal medicine, lifestyle and individual nutritional consultations, and energy session
For men: Acupuncture, Zero Balancing, relaxation massage, Chinese herbal medicine, lifestyle and individual nutritional consultations, and energy session
