Patient Resources
Please print forms, fill out, and bring with you to your first appointment. You can expect to be here about an hour and a half for your first acupuncture appointment which will include a detailed consultation and an acupuncture treatment. The acupuncturists ask that you eat something light before coming in so you don't have an empty stomach, and that you wear something loose enough to roll up over your knees and elbows (or bring shorts and change here). Thank you.
